12-Month Warranty – We’ve Got You Covered At    Cooper    Research    Technology,    we    stand    behind    the    quality    and reliability    of    our    equipment.    That’s    why    every    piece    of    equipment comes   with   a   12-month   warranty   as   standard,   giving   you   confidence and   peace   of   mind   from   the   moment   your   order   arrives.   Our   warranty is    designed    to    ensure    that    your    equipment    performs    as    expected under   normal   use   and   service   conditions,   and   that   any   issues   are handled quickly and professionally. Warranty Information Unless    special    or    bespoke    terms    have    been    agreed    for    particular product     categories     or     individual     items,     the     following     warranty conditions   apply.   The   Seller   warrants   that   all   Cooper-manufactured products   are   free   from   defects   in   material   and   workmanship,   ensuring dependable    performance    in    line    with    their    intended    purpose.    This warranty remains valid for 12 months from the date of delivery. If   you   need   to   return   an   item   under   warranty,   the   equipment   must   be sent    back    to    the    Seller    prepaid    and    securely    packaged    to    prevent damage   during   transit.   To   assist   with   efficient   processing,   the   Buyer must   include   full   details   regarding   the   fault,   malfunction,   or   reason   for return.   Before   shipping   any   goods   back   for   warranty   repair,   written authorisation    from    the    Seller    must    be    obtained.    Items    that    are returned without approval may not be accepted. This    warranty    replaces    and    excludes    all    other    warranties,    whether expressed   or   implied,   and   removes   any   obligations   or   liabilities   on   the part    of    the    Seller    for    damages    arising    from    the    use    or    misuse    of supplied   items.   Any   unauthorised   disassembly,   repair   attempts,   or   the use of non-Cooper parts will immediately void the warranty. The Seller will not be responsible for warranty claims if: • The   Buyer   has   not   paid   all   invoices   for   goods   or   services   within the agreed terms. • The   goods   have   been   incorrectly   maintained,   installed,   operated, or used outside normal conditions. • The   goods   have   been   altered,   tampered   with,   or   modified   in   any way that affects their performance, durability, or intended use. Under   this   warranty,   the   Seller’s   responsibility   is   strictly   limited   to   the repair   or   replacement   of   defective   goods   and   to   correcting   defective workmanship.    No    additional    claims,    consequential    loss,    or    indirect damages will be covered. Software Warranty Software    supplied    by    the    Seller    is    governed    by    its    own    specific conditions.   The   Seller   guarantees   that   the   software   will   operate   on   the computer    operating    systems    specified    by    the    Seller.    Beyond    this compatibility   assurance,   however,   no   warranty   is   provided   regarding the   completeness,   accuracy,   ongoing   functionality,   or   timeliness   of   the software. Purchasing   the   software   grants   the   Buyer   a   licence   for   use   on   one system     only.     The     software     may     not     be     copied,     reproduced, transmitted,     or     distributed     in     any     form.     Any     such     actions     will constitute    a    violation    of    the    licence    terms    and    may    result    in    the warranty being voided.
