Remote Support Capabilities
We can assist with numerous system and software-related tasks, including but not limited to:
•
Software troubleshooting
•
Installation of programs
•
Software patches and bug fixes
•
Software upgrades
•
Routine maintenance
•
Program configuration
•
Testing and optimisation
This
is
just
a
selection
of
what
we
can
support
remotely,
and
the
best
part
is
that
you
don’t
need
to
remain
at
the
system
once
the
session has begun. We handle everything for you.
Accurate
measurement
is
the
foundation
of
scientific,
industrial,
and
commercial
progress.
That’s
why,
before
leaving
our
facility,
all
suitable
test
equipment
is
calibrated
by
highly
qualified
engineers.
These
calibrations
follow
strict
procedures
and
utilise
equipment
that
is
audited
annually
by
the
United
Kingdom
Accreditation
Service
(UKAS).
Through
the
International
Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC), UKAS accreditation is recognised worldwide.
To
meet
the
requirements
of
EN13108
type
testing,
all
equipment
must
be
UKAS
calibrated
and
traceable
to
national
standards.
Although
Cooper
Technology
equipment
is
designed
for
long-term
performance
and
precision,
natural
wear
and
electronic
drift
can
occur
over
time.
This
is
especially
true
in
highways
materials
laboratories,
where
instruments
are
required
to
measure
extremely
small
displacements—sometimes more precise than one millionth of a metre.
Cooper
Research
Technology
operates
a
UKAS-accredited
calibration
laboratory
(No.
0611),
carrying
out
calibration
activities
as
listed
in
our official UKAS schedule of accreditation.
Why Calibration Matters
•
Ensures compliance with internal quality assurance systems and supports excellent laboratory management
•
Confirms that your equipment continues to operate correctly and maintains required levels of accuracy
•
Strengthens customer trust in the reliability and precision of your testing services
•
Provides
national
and
global
recognition
of
your
testing
standards—essential
for
access
to
international
markets
where
accreditation is mandatory
We
recommend
that
laboratory
equipment
is
calibrated
at
least
once
a
year
by
our
fully
trained
engineers.
After
each
calibration,
you
will receive a full update on your equipment’s condition along with a traceable calibration certificate where applicable.
