Precision     core     and     beam     sawing     systems     deliver     fast,     accurate specimen    preparation    for    asphalt    prisms,    round    cores,    and    wheel tracking    slabs.    Easy-to-use    and    compatible    with    optional    jigs,    these systems   support   both   Four   Point   and   Two   Point   Bending   Beam   testing, streamlining sample cutting and dressing with safety and efficiency. These     sawing     systems     combine     speed,     accuracy,     and     user-friendly operation,   making   them   ideal   for   laboratory   and   field   use.   They   are   suitable for   a   wide   range   of   materials   including   natural   and   artificial   slabs,   asphalt, concrete,   tile,   marble,   and   granite.   Standard   four-point   beam   testing   jigs   are supplied,   with   optional   variable   speed   and   electromotive   feed   for   enhanced control.   CE   marked   and   built   for   reliability,   they   ensure   compliance   with safety    and    quality    standards.    Essential    for    cutting    prisms    for    Four    Point Beam   Bending   tests   (EN12697-24/26,   AASHTO   T321),   trapezoidal   specimens for   Two   Point   Beam   Bending   tests,   and   precise   dressing   of   round   cores   up   to 200mm and wheel tracking slabs.
