DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM

cDAC   is   Cooper   Technology’s   next-generation   digital   data   acquisition and     control     system,     seamlessly     integrated     with     the     powerful DIMENSION   software.   Driven   by   an   Atmel   AT91SAM   processor,   it   offers exceptional   speed,   precision,   and   connectivity   through   Ethernet,   USB, and   serial   interfaces.   Designed   for   long-term   reliability,   it   combines advanced     diagnostics,     flexible     communication,     and     safe     system control. Its   modular   architecture   features   an   Acquisition   Card   with   8   TEDS-enabled inputs,    24-bit    resolution,    and    5kHz    scan    rate    for    accurate,    linear    data collection.   The   Servo   Control   Card   includes   dual   5kHz   PID   loops,   standalone operation,    and    16-bit    analog    outputs,    ensuring    precise    and    responsive performance.   Meanwhile,   the   Digital   I/O   Card   scans   inputs   at   5kHz,   offering opto-isolated   24V   inputs   and   1.6A   outputs   configurable   as   counters   or   PWM signals.    Together,    cDAC    and    DIMENSION    provide    unmatched    reliability, versatility,   and   control   for   both   standard   and   advanced   materials   testing applications.
